Salveo Integrative Health, Inc. has been providing innovative, behavioral health services for over 17 years in the Southeast, in both the public and private sectors. Salveo has a vision of providing excellence in specialized psychiatric services to private clients and our partnering organizations and hopes to remove barriers to access for clients who need it most, despite socioeconomic status.
Salveo is led by Dr. Shahzad Hashmi, MD, DFAPA, Chief Medical Officer, who is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, with a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine from Emory University Medical School. Our team ranges from Psychiatrists with multiple specialties, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychiatric nurses, and Licensed Therapists.
Our group is unmatched in diversity of practice experience, specialties, expertise in multiple behavioral health settings, and ability to quickly meet the needs of our clients and community partners across the Southeast regions.

Meet Dr. Shahzad M. Hashmi,
MD, DFAPA, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Shahzad Hashmi is not only our Chief Medical Officer, he is also the Founder of Salveo Integrative Health, Inc. and the Salveo Foundation, Inc. He studied internal medicine and surgery and received his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. After moving to the United States, he completed his residency, served as the Chief Resident, and received a medical degree in Psychiatry at Howard University Medical School.
Dr. Hashmi completed two years of additional training at Emory School of Medicine. There he received a prestigious Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Hashmi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, who has been treating patients of all ages for over seventeen years.
