Meet Tara Lynch

Tara Lynch is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP, who is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated with her MSN from Georgia Southern University, and is currently working on her doctoral research project at GSU. She will graduate May 2022 with her DNP, Doctor of Nurse Practice degree.

Tara sees clients of all ages for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Tara’s current research focuses on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma, with emphasis on Trauma-Informed Care (TIC). She is welcoming and comfortable providing positive care for the LBGTQIA+ community. She is also an experienced care provider for ADHD and Autism Spectrum clients.

Tara is originally from Charleston, SC, and grew up in a military family who moved a lot, so she enjoys meeting with clients from all over and providing culturally congruent care! Tara works closely with our Salveo therapists to provide medication management for therapy clients in addition to providing care.
