Not only do I work with couples and families but I also work with individuals struggling with a variety of issues including Low Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Adjustment Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Couples/Family Conflict, Perfectionism, Grief, Behavioral Problems,Trauma and more.
I utilize many models of therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and more) which teach tools and techniques to build more self-confidence and create an emotionally balanced life. My goal is to aid you in developing insight into yourself so you can be empowered to make better choices to live a more satisfying life.
